I've tried to reinstall client for p3d and deleting my shaders folder but with no luck, any suggestions?

It seems the shaders backup is corrupted.

Pls try the following: delete C:\Users\Andre\Desktop\SHADERS_BACKUP\ directory, reinstall client for p3d. Then start PTA.
