Need Help with TM Hotas Cougar Axis Calibration

Recommended Posts

My computer updated the firmware and some how my TM Cougar Throttle is thrown off. When in the halfway position, it is in Idle. When it is pulled all the way back, it is in Afterburner. When it is all the way forward, it is about 55% speed. I will appreciate any help.

Thank you very much.

Carl

My computer updated the firmware...

Did the computer update the Cougar firmware on it's own?  If so, how?

At any rate, it sounds like your Cougar firmware needs to be flashed.  Instructions are here (don't worry if the firmware version number isn't the same as in the instructions... just follow this guide): http://cougar.flyfoxy.com/foxyflash.php

Once the firmware has been updated you'll need to calibrate the Cougar (which should then set your throttle correct).
