FSW - playing with sky and clouds

I am greatly enjoying the new FSW.  It has really good graphics imo.  tremendous VC's.  great rain effects.

here's some of my results from playing around with sky and cloud textures.

 

 

this will all probably be worthless tomorrow after the update.  I hope not (sorta).  If they fix stuff, that's good.

It is also possible to improve runway textures by simply directing the folder path from REX Worldwide Airports HD to FSW and installing it.
But still very clear stay, I believe that on the weekend DTG corrects.

You can't at this moment.  We will be issuing a hotfix for this.

and as I suspected, the complaints about brightness have resulted in the first update which now makes the base sim to have less brightness potential.

 

Brightness can always be muted but darkness cannot be done away with nearly as easily.
