Did you read/understand Leo's post from earlier?

The default PMDG 744 will load with default settings, engines running, full fuel including stab tanks, and no alarms.  What happens when you load the default 744?  Compare that with what you are having problems with..., I am beginning to think you have a bad panel state because not much else comes to mind.

Great news, I think it's fixed... some kind of weird config problem with the VH-OJM aircraft, I loaded the default 744 and it worked as advertised with full fuel tanks, engines running, no stab xfr message, xfeed vlv's 2 & 3 close when takeoff flaps are extended. Also the VH-OJM A/C checked out ok as well after loading the default.
