Prepar3d v4 FSUIPC

Hi Keven

Do you tick the FSUIPC box in the registry entry setup for Prepar3d v4, isn't the simconnect different in v4 and doesn't use FSUIPC.

A 64-bit version of FSUIPC hasn't been released yet, so not sure if it will even work  with P3D v4.
