Yannick Lavigne Falcon 50 Cruise Problem

Recommended Posts

A few days ago, I came across a a mod for Yannick's Falcon to be compatible with FSX. Everything works great, however, doing a test flight and bringing it up to FL400 at mach .80, I starting getting an oscillating effect. Has anyone had this problem before or know of a fix for it??

I fly the same aircraft and have never had an oscillating occurrence.  I may try another test flight tomorrow and take it to FLT400 at .80 MACH and see how she flies.

Did you also download and install the FSX panel upgrade?

A followup to this post.  I did a flight today up to FLT400 at MACH .80.  I did encounter about 2

degrees of pitch oscillation at that altitude.  I then requested FLT300 and by FLT350 the oscillation

had ceased.  You will have to do some monkeying around in the .air file and aircraft.cfg to see

what will make it stop.  I guess that's why I never went higher than FLT360 with this aircraft.
