Lucky you.  I just installed DD New York X v2, and am getting 12-23 fps (generally around 15) and enough stutters (not of the micro- variety) to give me motion sickness.

Manchester also gives a very low fps,  or Paris, anywhere there is very intense and and extensive autogen. Also I think that some skyscrapers in the cities make the fps lower, but this could be just my impression. In this way no more fps drops in England, the sceneries are free and very close to the real thing, just need to have a very big HD.
