When you bought your copies, you would have been sent a email with the download link, the registration key and a link to the support forums (only accessible by those who have registered). I would have hoped you already did register because he has some freebies and addon bonuses associated with some of his addons included in each product forum. Also he updates his products and this is the only way you can contact him and get any new updates for each product. Anyway, go on the forums, choose the help or bugs forum at the top its as good as any, Ralph the developer will be listed, click on his name and you can send him a PM about what you might want to do.
