Prepar3D Tweak Assistant.  It basically gives you control over a bunch of Lighting parameters in P3D amongst other things,  can really make the sim look a lot better.

Look here, this is being around for a while. Completely enhances your P3D experience (graphics, shadows):

It's not compatible (and will not be) with P3Dv4, that's why the OP came around.

I only got into P3D V3 last year in April. I have a nice setup and everything is working great so not worried about tweaking. But I will take a look into this now, thanks.

This is that good, that I couldn't fly my P3Dv3.4 without!.

It seems to work fine and does enhance the default P3Dv4 environment. I need to experiment more with it, but I'm initially pleased with the results. I've imported Adam's 21_11 preset....looks terrific, but you'll have to adjust the HDR brightness in P3Dv4 to a value higher than Adam recommends for his P3Dv3 preset.

Tried Knossos' dynamic preset  (minus the tweaks not yet implemented in the V4 converter) and it seems to work quite nicely. One thing I want to emphasize that the developer stated. Even though the utility backs up your P3d V4 Shader source folder, make a separate backup of it and put it in a safe location  just to be safe.

Is this like a reshade tweak for P3D? Yes, some screenshots of this PTA would be great. I heard of this before but never actually tried it.
