Question about cameras.

Well, it's been like a week and a half now since I've owned it, have it on 3.4 and 4 and it's getting better all the time!

I have a quick question that no matter what I do I can't figure it out.

How do I create a camera or move a camera so I can be outside the plane and inside a terminal building?

And another one, is there a tutorial somewhere on how add some doors to your aircraft?  I don't have an Xbox controller so it's difficult to move the cameras.

Hey, the newest version is crashing 50% of the time when closing both v3 & v4.  But I still LOVE this program!
