Should aircraft be illuminated by ground lights in V4?

Hello all,

Should my 747 be illuminated by ground lights of the airport in V4? 

the lights of the 747 do illuminate the ground and buildings but not the other way around.

Have you checked if there is an option in P3D for which sim objects are illuminated by light sources, as there used to be in V3 for shadows?
