thanks guys.

The clean install seemed to help regarding scenery loading .... I allready tried to delte the .cfg and let it rebuild with no luck.

Strange but now everything seems back to normal, cant wait to get the new x299 platform into my hand plan to have the 8 or 10 core version.  or maybee if AMD`s  Threadripper 16 Core is usabale this beast.

But as far as some inofical benchmarks shows that overclockers where abel to oc the  new Intel 6 Core CPU`s to 5,6 Ghz .  But a 8 Core with 5 Ghz would be enough :)

Does the Bangla in your username mean by any change you are in Banglamung? If so PM me some time and maybe we can arrange to meet up? Not met any simmers around here, so not that easy to relate to people - they think this "hobby" of mine is really nuts.

I have a 970 4GB and I'm wondering if it's enough.  What do you have and how's it working out?

I'm getting about the same framerate as I did in v3, but it feels smoother for some reason. I have noticed that the autogen slider affects the frame rate by a noticeable amount.

I just bought 747v3... my GTX980 is suffering badly if I use lights (yes, I know about the bug). I hope they can fix it and yes, I am gonna buy the 1080ti too.

Would there be a benefit upgrading from a GTX980ti/6GB to a GTX1080 in V4?

The benchmarks say 'yes', but would you see or feel a difference in the simulator (more fluency, texture loading, fps etc)?

Regards,

Chris
