SDK EnableDataBroadcast=1 not working in P3Dv4

Recommended Posts

This issue is for the PMDG B747v3 running in P3Dv4.

Could someone from PMDG (or someone else) verify that setting

[SDK]
EnableDataBroadcast=1

to the 747QOTSII_Options.ini file

really enable the aircraft data sending from the 747QOTSII.

For me it is not working. Is it a bug or is it my app that is not working anymore?

Roar,

Is it for the remote FMC?

If so i added the following to the ini file and its working fine now

[SDK]
EnableDataBroadcast=1
EnableCDUBroadcast.0=1
EnableCDUBroadcast.1=1
EnableCDUBroadcast.2=1

I do not have the remote FMC.

What I am not able to get is the aircraft data that should be sent out when

SDK]
EnableDataBroadcast=1

is set.

I suspect this is an SDK problem until PMDG official state it is working 100% in the new updated B747v3 running on P3Dv4.

I'd submit a support ticket via the ticket system on the PMDG website so you can get proper visibility on this...

Hi Kevin,

Thanks a lot for this info.

The problem is not in the B747v3 SDK ,but in P3Dv4's SimConnect.
