Since the yellow USAF one went down so well, here's a grey one!

MediaFire Now or AVSIM later on.

Oh, the grey on the upload one is a tad darker.

First off all thank you for your nice work Ron, now a small request if I may: would be possible a simple all-metal repaint with some wear?

Thanks

Sorry, I don't do requests. For the record there's no such thing as a simple paint of the Beaver. They're all a PITA.

But thank you for your kind words. I'm glad you like it.

If any of you have updated to the latest Beaver+STOL versions the paints will have to be updated. The way I feel about Milviz at the moment means I wont be updating my paints!

They are a shambles. I asked myself how many beta testers do they have that so many faults/omission/mistakes whatever, get missed? Four.

I'm stupid enough to have paid for an 'upgrade' for the floats and STOL version. Floats should have been included and as for STOL..Isn't that why Beavers are used anyway, long before STOL kits were available? Now we have Tundra LTOL (long) and STOL versions! Who in their right mind would opt for a LTOL tundra tyred version?

Shambles. Nothing seems to have been thought through.

If you wonder why I should rant here and not on Milviz forum you only have to read Krazycolin's responses to know why. He's another one that should have NO contact with the public!

I actually resorted to installing the old Aerosoft Beaver into v4. It worked except for the six instruments in the panel underneath the throttle quadrant. Shame.

I do like your paints, you do some very nice work. That's too bad that you aren't going to update your repaints of the beaver. I understand your reasoning quite clearly, though. I bought the Beaver based on the Avsim review, and considering the fact that it won the Avsim Gold award, I thought it must be pretty good. I no longer feel that way now. In short, I feel ripped off, on multiple levels.  Shame really.
