Jetstream Design KLIT P3Dv3 & v4 Updated!

One of my favorite airport in the US, KLIT, has been updated to version 1.1 to be compatible with P3D native v3 and the latest release v4. Just got the email from simmarket.

I've tried installing this three times and can't seem to make it work. Any help would be appreciated.
