Immersion package for 777 (in Prepar3D V4)?

Recommended Posts

I installed the new pd3 v4 version for the 777 today and got a message "unable to find smoke system in aircraft.cfg". Any solution to this?

Leslie

You shouldn't install the current Immersion-series into Prepar3D V4! They're aren't compatible.
Lockheed-Martin has changed a lot of things like effects and lighting system, so you'll have to wait for FSFX to update it.

Can't really see any announcement made regarding this. I can see that VFX-Central detects Prepar3D V4...
Has PreciptFX been made compatible as well?

precipitfx has been compatible with p3dv4 for about a month already... and is 777 immersion out for p3d v4 yet? I saw it on there fb page but wasn't sure if its official yet.

Hi Keven,

Whether I try to install over or uninstall then re-install, I receive the error message:

Installation Error: System.InvalidOperationException: Collection was modified;  enumeration operation may not execute.

to which I can only press the OK and receive the Installation Failed.

Help please?

PS Fixed! If I untick all of the v3 options it then installs for v4 correctly:biggrin:
