Hello, it may seem inappropriate but I wanted to buy PTA v2.5 from the website but apparently I am getting an error saying the Payment/Transaction was not honored. Now, in banking terms, that is as good as a transaction being declined. So could you mind telling me the name of Banks in India that can allow me to make the purchase. Sorry, I am a bit confused regarding this as I am facing a similar situation with other online Vendors as well.

I also was not able to pay vis PayPall but with my MasterCard I was able to buy PTA.

Yearh me neither. Had problems with PayPal as well. Had to use my VISA credit card instead...

I was having PayPal issues as well until I put in my full address info on the left side.  Usually this isn't needed when using PayPal, but that worked for the simtweaks site.

Hey guys,

Apologies for issues with payments - it's happening to a small minority but we cannot for the life of us figure out why. Normally with payment processors, they return some sort of error but right now, we're getting absolutely zero feedback from them.

It would seem that using the opposite payment method usually solves it - we're working to try and fix this as a matter of urgency.

I am also trying to pay but its unsuccessful, i tried both with my Visa and Paypal. Any solution?

An error has occurred during the transaction. You have not been charged at this time. Please quote code TRSRSP1<br/>Processor Response: Do Not Honor

 

This was the error I recieved when I tried paying using my Debit Card. I hope it helps in resolving my problem and maybe many others too. Cheers!

I've tried to purchase with CC and paypal and just get an 'Oops, something went wrong' response.

I have a pretty low tolerance to to these kind of errors with vendors. Especially when it doesn't give you a clue as to what went wrong.

Feeling like I need to monitor my bank statements in case the transaction actually went through but I've got nothing to show for it.

If it gets fixed quick ( I have contacted SimTweaks) then I'll probably still purchase.

 

I won't be hanging around though.

I too have problems. Unable to make payment through my PayPal account.  It just boots me out when I try to submit my payment.

Have you made sure all of the address fields are entered? If that fails, make sure your pop ups are enabled & then as a last resort, try changing to a different browser.

We're still working with Braintree to work this one out - it's only happening to about 1% of customers.

I tried your suggestions. I entered all the address fields correctly and even tried a different browser but still PayPal would not work.

I went ahead and used my Debit/Credit Card and it was successful. I have now downloaded PTA 2.5.1 successfully.

Excellent news - glad you figured out a way in the end. We're still tearing our hair out at what is causing the PayPal issues for some people - there doesn't seem to be a common denominator.
