P3Dv4 combat jets available?

Recommended Posts

Hi boomer,

i just tried the Dinos EF2000 only for the time and it worked. All systems looked normal to me. Before take off all displays and the HUD must be switched on. Flight dynamics feel the same like in v3. Unfortunately TacPack is currently lacking of v4 support. So Dinos jets are for flying only. On my system performance is great.

I've booted around for a bit in the included F-16 just for fun, and while it's not at the level of many of the exquisite payware releases of the last few years, I found it quite fun for a burn 'n go flight. I did question it's flight model a bit though...

However, what DOES have me excited is that while burning around in the F-16, the autogen and sharp textures stretching out so far at high speed was quite wonderful. V4 is really a great performer for me so far.

Nope, the EF2000 is as well as the F-35 payware and it is available at simmarket. Btw Dinos payware F-35 differs a lot to his freeware F-35.

The product page does not list compatibility, yet. Once all F-86 update emails have been sent out, then I'll also update the product page with the V4 compatibility stated.

I was going to post about it on this thread once existing customers had been notified of the updates.

There will be more to come in the days/weeks ahead.

No word yet for sure but it has been hinted possibly so.

I think all of Dino's aircraft work in v4.  Landed the S-3 on the Nimitz last night no problem.  kudos to him for that.

I think Aerosoft is weighing whether to update the F-14X for v4.

The Virtavia A-4 and Razbam A-7 were straight ports from FSX to P3D and worked fine in v3 so would assume they would work ok in v4.

Sludge Hornet might work but best to check over at FSDT forums for that answer.

How did you get AI Carriers working in v4?

Haven't tried AI Carriers yet.  It was Javier's Nimitz and Ike Carriers.
