Are registrations still happening?

Hi Everybody,

I too am having problems with getting a key.

I have used the JD e-mail generation on the 

opening RC screen following a new installation

but no key as yet. Been waiting two days!!!

Any help would be much appreciated.

Yes the process should be automatic if you stuck to the guidelines. Suggest you write to Doug Thompson at dthompss@comcast.net.

It's frustrating for me and Ron because neither of the owners of RC4 visit this forum and Ron and I don't have moderator permissions so we can't pin a message to the forum asking people to contact Doug Thompson.

I had a problem recently when the automated email selected my default (business) email address which was not the one I bought with. 

Once I spotted this I got an automated reply back instantly. 

The point I'm making is - if you don't get a reply instantly you have probably made a mistake.
