Beautiful shots!  Did you use reshade?  And, what scenery pack do you have?  Your LA looks a lot better than mine...

Thanks! im using reshade "Bloom Brighter Day Dusk Dawn" preset + US West Real Life for LA scenery +  xEnviro 1.06 (cloud replacement textures + sky replacement shader)
