Operation center saying V3 and V4

Im looking in my operations center and its showing I have the 747 installed for v3 and v4 at the same time. It says also theres an update for both. So do I need to update both or just do the v4 version? Or is there a way to get the operation center to only see the v4 version?

Updating one will update the other. Simply run the updater from the OC and it'll take care of it.

Uninstall the product.  Install the product and select only v4.
