LH 777F 4k pics in P3D v4

I can't describe how good this looks!   I left these pics in 4k vs scaling them down for bandwidth considerations so those with 4k screens can see what I'm seeing....completely mind blowing!  And to top it off the smoothness on approach with everything turned on vs what we got accustom to before V4 is flightsim nirvana.

 

The paint is Corina Meyer's excellent artwork with my Lufthansa photo tail you see on my LH 747 series, great combo.

The sky textures...lovely.  The high, whispy cirrus...stunning in this light.

Love LH Cargo....looks good on the 747 and 777! 

Yes...the wingtip lights ARE casting light on those pallets! 

There has never been an upgrade in my simming experience that has had the quantum leap in performance and beauty as V4...in my opinion of course. 

For those on the fence about it...I can wholeheartedly recommend it based on what I've experienced so far.

Amazing pictures!

I absolutely agree. Prepar3D V4 is giving me performance I just haven't gotten in any version of Prepar3D ever. Stutter-free smooth performance in the 747/777 with dynamic lights. These are just beautiful!

Hoping for more sceneries to implement them. So far, it's just KCTL from FSDT...

Can't agree more Anders.  I don't have KCLT yet, but I know the feeling of awe I felt the 1st time I pulled up to a gate at night in XP10 with the iXEG 737 and saw the nose of the plane lit by the ramp lighting.....it was almost a religious experience! Hehe.

I'm really hoping all the scenery devs will revamp all their scenery to incorporate this feature in V4 (especially Aerosoft's EDDF and FSDT's KDFW and KLAX...my main hubs), I've only been waiting for this in the FSX/P3D line for 20 years or so.   (I really bought and ventured into X-Plane just for its vastly superior night lighting...I still think its a great sim as well, but I'm a P3D'er in general and this version is what I've been waiting for)

My flights into KSFO with Flightbeam's excellent version in the past were "acceptable" with the trade-off in performance vs the amazing eye-candy.  Now performance-wise it's like approaching default scenery with one runway and 2 buildings...LOL...as smooth as silk WITH the eye candy!
