PMDG 747 Update Error

Hi,

I've just tried to update the 747 QOS product via the Operations Centre as it notified me that an update was available.  

However, when I clicked on update the following message appeared:

 Any idea why?

Not really, actually. That isn't our error message. I suspect you might have an aftermarket anti-virus suite that is getting in the way. If not, are you running the OC as an admin? The path in the error message doesn't make sense at all.

Hi,

Well I disabled the Anti-virus and ensured I was running the Ops Centre as Admin and the error still appeared. 

There must be a reason for it.

Yeah - something interfered with the download and execution of the program. It's reporting a 16 bit app? Hardly. Moreover, I built/compiled/tested/run it on my 64 bit computer all the time without issue. Something on your specific system corrupted it (evident in the 16 bit report, and the illogical path).

Is there a way to download it manually and not via the Ops Centre?
