Was thinking the same since some time now. People ask :gaul: again to share his preset and :gaul: only posts new screenshots.

I do not use reshade.

Would like to try your preset but it's all a bit confusing... on page 4 you note that "i use reshade for color correction and contrast".  Please confirm your use (or not) of Reshade.  And a working link to your Preset is much appreciated.  It looks awesome!

Thanks,

Greg

Only my seperate Night preset + Night p3d.cfg file make the night look even better...

Gerard - I'm using PTA2-thopat-2_0_5 saldo-Vis 125 and love it during dawn-day-dusk but the night is just too dark to even taxi and the own ship reflected light is nil (other sim objects OK).  I'm still on P3D v4.0.  Can I get your night preset and the relevant p3d.cfg changes?  Much appreciated!

Hi , I am using that preset for both day and night.

On my pc it looks perfect , but it might be that my monitors are calibrated with more brightness than yours.

You can adjust the brightness in the P3D settings too ( higher value ).

Here a recent flight in the earlier evening

Or at night

Thanks. Nice rig!  I adjusted both HDTV monitor and P3D brightness and its better. I’ll work on It. My entire simulated world is displayed on a single 32” screen. Even though dark is realistic, I need some brightness for situational awareness outside the landing lights.
