NGX Activation Key Not Working

Hi,

I just downloaded the : "PMDG 737-600/700 NGX Expansion for FSX" and my activation key does not work. I receive a error:

Invalid Activation ID: N...-....-....-....-....-...8 [incident # 1128-734966]

Did you create a support ticket at PMDG's website?  That's where you'll need to go to get this resolved.

question has  to be  asked  are  you  copying  and  pasting the  correct  key   since  this  has  happened  before  where  some  one  was  using the  wrong  key

Also, if you are copying and pasting the license number from an email, or from your product download link on the PMDG web site, be sure you aren't accidentally introducing any leading or trailing spaces ahead of or behind the number when you paste it into the activation window.

Hi,

As usual, fat fingered the key. To my defense, the key was on another PC - had to e-mail myself the activation key to use copy/paste.

However, after that worked like a charm
