Edit Voicepack problem

Recommended Posts

Guest JamesJ

Hi folks, I have installed the West Coast AI ANG pack from the library by a Mr Bourke and can't get the call signs to register in the sim. I hear only the two digits. I've followed the troubleshooting instructions in the manual to no avail. Anyone else have this problem? JamesJ

I assume the callsign is "West Coast".If so, this callsign is included with EditVoicepack. Make sure you have updated EditVoicepack using its online update tool. Then make sure that the callsign specified in your AI aircraft's AIRCRAFT.CFG file is "West Coast". If you have done all this, it should work without your having to do anythink special.Martin

Hi,Did it come with a set of vpmd (sp?) files to update EditVoicePack, or does it just tell you to do the web update? If the former, you need to choose Import in Editvoicepack and import those files one by one. If the latter, you need to go to the Help/About menu (as I remember) and do the Online Update.Hope this helps,--Tom GibsonCal Classic Propliner Page: http://www.calclassic.comFreeflight Design Shop: http://www.freeflightdesign.comDrop by! ___x_x_(")_x_x___
