PMDG Operation Center not showing anywhere on my pc, and not identifying my downloaded aircrafts?

As the title says, after installing my PMDG 747 and 777, the operation center is not to be found anywhere, and after installing the add-ons, they are not showing as installed on the operation center?

I hope someone can help me. Also i am running v4.

I tried to uninstall them, and now i get this:

There is a very active PMDG forum at AVSIM.  Are you using EMT?

I dont quite know what that is

I suggest you contact PMDG directly for support, open a support account and submit a trouble ticket at http://support.precisionmanuals.com
