 I provide 3D sounds which X-Plane doesn't even support.

I'm fairly sure X-Plane 11 supports 3D sounds as per the default Cessna.

Sorry about the audio in that video... I'll have to redo it.  There's a link to a better feature list here on the WT3 page:  http://www.classicjetsims.com/WorldTraffic/

You should ask Thomas Rassmusen or Redpiper1 to make you a promotional video. It would be a shame not to promote such a great and important product that will likely see a lot more people move to the X-Plane platform.

Will this have a global route schedule built-in or do we need to generate/create it by ourselves?

Both, actually. It comes with a database of real world flights, but you can also auto-generate AI-flights with some options regarding max number of flights, traffic density etc.

A qoute from the quick start guide:

Quote

The AFRE_Real_Traffic region can be used which contains an extensive database of real world flights for most of the world's major airlines. Flights may alternately be auto-generated. You may want to try both approaches to see what gives you the best results. If you want to use the real traffic, enable that region and turn off the Auto-Generate Flight plans option as discussed in the next section. If you want to use auto-generated flights, then disable the AFRE_Real_Traffic region and turn on the Auto-Generate Flights option.

Auto-generated flights don't follow real world schedules but they do generate traffic that is correct in regards to routes and airlines. Auto-generated traffic may work better in some areas where the realtraffic files are missing data. The Auto-generated flights may also be easier on the CPU as there are fewer of them to load as the real flight data has real flight schedules for every day of the week.

How is the performance?

I have hardly no performance hit at all. Maybe a couple of frames but I did not create the max amount of routes. had all the sliders at 50%.

Using a traffic draw area radius of 40nm, 50% AFRE real world traffic and 25% occupied gates, I get a packed NYC airspace with three busy hubs all at a very fair share of performance. Able to maintain 30 like without WT. It literally is a game changer.  I have almost been waiting 2 years for this!
