Flashes of exterior view between onboard presets

As I cycle through onboard presets, I see flashes of exterior view between onboard presets.  This new for me in P3D v4 which I did not experience in FSX

Also I had installed 747 into P3D v4 and some external views have textures missing I.e. Engines greyed out or white fuselage.  I reinstalled 747 but issue still there.  Only happens when cycling backwards in Chaseplane.  Does NOT happen when using keyboard commands in sim.

Does FSFX packages not support their products?? No response to issues above😳

We have notified Lockheed about the issue, we are awaiting an answer.

This is a User-to-User support forum and I have a lot of other, more important issues to take care of before this one.

Thank you Kevin for responding.  I was not aware that this is a user-to-user forum.  Please advise how I access your support.

 I know you are very busy yet I don't know what is more important to you than my issue.  I only know I paid money for your product and need help with it.
