Still not resolved payment issues

Recommended Posts

Matt, could you please look at this, I have now tried twice to purchase and I am getting the same error, yesterday and this morning:

Oh no, an error has occurred

An error has occurred during the transaction. You have not been charged at this time. Please quote code TRSRSP1<br/>Processor Response: Do Not Honor

Thanks!!

When waiting for Matt :-)

I belive you are using your Visa/Master card issued by your bank? This is a common code when the card issuer has blocked the transaction.

To avoid this I suggest that you using PayPal.  It's the safest way to pay on the mighty Internet.

I believe I've found the issue - 3DSecure.

At the moment it's disabled by default, however I've escalated it to the right department at Braintree (our payment processor) to have 3DSecure enabled.

Once this has been completed, it should resolve the payment issues (hopefully).

Thanks for the patience, I'm just as frustrated as you are.

Thanks Matt, much appreciated. I would use paypal, but I have it strictly set up for business only, unless I find a way to justify this for business use.

If you are using Chrome, it maybe your issue.

Had loads of issues myself but all was good when I used Microsoft Edge

Hi, I had problems purchasing too but fixed it by turning off pop-up blocker in IE.
