PMDG777-200LR CTD after installing hotfix

Dear PMDG,

I cannot start P3D with the PMDG 777 after installing the hotfix. I can get into game when using other aircraft. Only when I load the PMDG, the screen stays black for a short while and CTD occurs. This doesn't happen before the installation of hotfix. Here is the crash log for your information.

Part of that crash log is in Chinese, so I don't know if that has anything to do with it, and I don't know if anyone can read it. In any event, have you tried to submit a support ticket?

I'm not chinese, but spaniard, and with google chrome, selecting the text I could translate it to my language only by pressing the translation button, so I don't think it is a major problem nowadays.

Thank you both for your opinions. Just submitted a ticket. This is just the first time I encounter such problem. It never happens to me that I can't start the game with the PMDG planes.

Did you uninstall the old client before updating the new client?

I uninstalled clients content and scenery and reinstalled them. In fact I have no problem picking any other aircrafts. I have also tried reinstalling PMDG but nothing helps....This is quite weird.

Have you opened PMDG Operations Center and updated the last microupdate that announced RSR? Perhaps this is the problem, your 777 is not up to date. I don't have such problems with the 777 nor with the 747 QOS II.

That would cause problems if you had any add-ons.  The LM recommendation was to remove and install the client only.

In fact I remove and install client only at the beginning. Once the CTD happens, I reinstall content and scenery again.

And today, I reinstall everything related to P3D and PMDG and get a fresh install of P3D and PMDG777. And again, failed.

All this remove and replace has not fixed anything, and may make new problems.  Since you already have a support ticket submitted, please direct your attention to the direct support.

Just out of curiosity, what is the "fault module" in Spanish before Google transformed it into Chinese?
