How to see the installed version of v4?

How can I see the version of v4 I have installed?

Open P3D v4 folder.  Find Prepar3D.exe and right click.  Click on properties then details.  Look at product version.  If you have P3Dv4 running, you can click on help and look at about.

What dexthon said,  Also you can launch Prepar3D, Click Help > About Lockheed Martin, Here you can confirm what version of Prepar3D v4 you have Installed 

You can also check and confirm the Client version number in your Control Panel
