stutters on long haul

I was always one to love the new SimLink but if it is the thing causing my stutters, it's getting removed. I'll do that and fly a long haul tonight and let you all know what happens.

Disabling the Simlink.dll from running completely solved my stutter problem, as it has for quite a few others.

However, there's no need to uninstall Desktop Charts and the Navigraph Simlink applications, although, if you want to, that's fine.  Instead, you can simply disable the Simlink.dll from loading by editing the Add-ons.cfg file in the \\AppData/Roaming/Lockheed Martin/Prepar3D v4 folder.  Just change the "ACTIVE=" switch from "true" to "false", save the file, then you are good to go.  Stutter-free performance.

There is no point in keeping SimLink installed if it is not active :)

Grant - You never know what the ultimate fix might be... so if they release a simple .dll replacement (unlikely, but possible) then you avoid having to uninstall/reinstall ;)

I uninstalled SimLink and all is well now.
