FSX-SE FSX Menu Resolution Broken

Hello everyone.

Today I bought the QW 757 since I saw a thread on steam that explains how to get it to work in steam edition. It said to first download the FSDT add on menu, which I did. However, upon installation of said menu, my menu resolution got severely messed up to where the menu has such large dimensions the fly now button is under my hot bar and I can't click it. I went into the settings to change the resolution but nothing changes to resolution of fixes the dimension. I have uninstalled the add on menu, restarted my computer, and directly messed with the CFG files. Nothing fixes the issue. Before I go uninstall and reinstall FSX (which I really want to avoid due to all my PMDG aircraft and VRS superbug), does anyone have any ideas?

Did you try editing FSX.CFG?

Yes I did.

Toggle in and out of window mode while in-sim and it should reset itself. Funnily enough I actually prefer the low-res menus and the high-res sim but I toggle a lot for VA ACARS systems etc.
