PMDG 747 V3 - Question

Recommended Posts

Hi all

I just purchased, downloaded and installed the PMDG 747 V3 while my wife was out. Shhh, don't tell her, please! Upon opening the PMDG Operations Centre (hey, I'm Aussie so I'm gonna spell it the RIGHT way!) I noticed that in the expansions list of the V3, there is the 747-8 but no option to download or purchase it. Is it still in development? Apologies if this has been answered already or if the answer should be obvious. Had a late night last night.

Yes, it's still in development...

You can get the latest news of development status in Roberts thread here

To be fair, that thread only has updates with regards to planes being updated for P3D V4. It mentions nothing about the Boeing 747-8.

Yearh... that's true. I would assume, that it would be updated with information regarding 747-8, when that time comes...

Thanks for pointing it out anyway, Kevin!

I would think they'd have a separate thread for it, as it isn't relevant to P3D.

Don't you just love this little game husbands and wives play.  She secretly buys that purse for $150....you secretly buy the 747 for same.  Shhhh let's pretend there is nothing to see here.  So funny, yet so true.

Uhm okay.

You're welcome, anyway...

Pro-tip, and how to not make mods fussy:

If your initial thought is to type the name of the product into the thread title, just put it in that subforum. That's where it belongs, it means you type fewer things, and it means I don't have to move it later on.
