Chaseplane - struggling adjusting extra views P3D V4

It may be me but I am struggling to adjust extra views with Chaseplane. 

I have pilots view open then open a new extra window to trail behind the external view of aircraft. Sometimes I undock it. 

Before Chaseplane I'm sure I could click that window in focus and adjust the view whether spot view or fixed spot with hat switch  now hat switch moves the main window even when the new one is in focus   

It just doesn't seem to work properly for me. Fixed spot will give a view 'side on' to the aircraft which I find hard to alter. 

How do others do this please?

Hi,

With ChasePlane, you can only move the camera in the Main Sim Window.
Additional views are not supported.
