fs start up question

I am running fs9.1 with a number of add ins ,My main problem is that on start up the opening graphic seems to "hang".It just sits there an waits, I cant fiqure it out. I have tried to isolate the problem by turning off my add ins . Has anyone else seen this or have a solution?? Peter
