Buildings (diss)appearing from different angles

Yesterday I did a flight to Nice ( Justsim , updated to V4 ) and I remarked when taxiing that terminals were (diss)apearing ...

Anyone else has seen this and has someone a solution ?

See 15:05 and further to watch this behaviour :

I have the exact same problem with Nice and Zurich fsdreamteam!

outside view, certain objects  disapear when panning around aircraft- aerosoft ecenery,fs dreamteam,justsim

this is probally a prp3dv4 bug

Is this the same bug with the animated jetway when looking from outside? If you look at certain angle the jetway doesn't dock to the aircraft but if you change the view slightly it will show correctly.

My view is from the VC. No external view.

I had no issues with v3...

I've seen this also in P3Dv3 from the v/c looking at the jetway and IIRC someone told me it's related to the "clipping" mode.

Not even sure exactly what that means to be honest or if it's related to what you're seeing here but I've learnt to live with it although annoying. Especially since I started doing all my flying in VR since it's takes quite a lot from the overall immersion having physical objects disappear right in front of your eyes...

Make sure Clipmode is set to none in Camera config.for VC. It may not even be in the cfg, but you need to check.

Same here: I can see re-appearing textures of buidlings (textures are black and are loaded with some delay) in V4 using TrackIR in the virtual cockpit (VC) when looking sidewards. However, the very same "problem" or behaviour also exists in V3. So it appears that - at least in the VC - texture loading depends on the angle of view.

The VC has no Clipmode in the camera.cfg file. Other sections do :

Spotplane / Locked Spot / AI Planes / Weapons  :  Clipmode = Spot

FlyBy / Nearest Tower / Facilities Tower / Facilities Runway / Multiplayer planes  :  Clipmode = Tower

Static  :  Clipmode = Minimum

 

What should I add to the VC ?  Clipmode = None ?

I thought it should be ClipMode = Normal to be added to the VC section of cameras.cfg

Just tried with Clipmode = None and still the issue.

Will try with Clipmode = Normal

I think we might need some developer guy help us understand this issue, why it happens and if there's anything you can do to fix it.

Strange. Worked for me. Just tested at FSDT KIAH.

Not sure if it is important where is goes in the cfg, mine is here

Otherwise, it is a scenery issue. I use Opus camera's so not sure if other camera addons like Chaseplane alter anything ?
