Hello Emile,

I am sorry, but the Thumbnail Exporter has not been tested or adapted for P3D V4 yet. This could be anything from a file encoding issue to an incorrect path in one of the aircraft.cfg files caused for example by a faulty comment line.

Unless you can find out exactly which aircraft.cfg in your library is causing the error, I'm afraid that there is nothing that I can do from here.

I have just uploaded 1.12, this should take care of encoding issues. It is still possible though, that you have a broken aircraft.cfg somewhere.
