how to setup default view when starting p3dv4?

I don't know about you all but when I start p3dv4 it always defaults to the inside of the vc

 

I would like to set it up to default to spot view. Is there anyway to do this? How?

2D or 3D panel are our only choices. Just press F11.

set up a flight in spot view and save it as the default. Should always load in spot view from then.

I tried it doesn't work that way.

It appears to work on my comp., but I'm running Chaseplane and CP immediatly takes me to the interior, only after I momentarily see the exterior view. I remember it working before chasplane in FSX and all versions of P3D, one time I set it up (accidently) for exterior and had to reset the scenario to boot into interior view.
