Donny AKA ShalomarFly 2 ROCKS!!!This picture was taken after departure from KLXV. Airport elevation there is 9700 MSL. Shortly after blueline I shut down the starboard engine and began following a valley to safety.http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/107275.jpgEventually I reached 12,000 feet. At that point I could have turned left and reentered the pattern but I thought continuing 80 nautical miles to Denver was safer than attempting a single engine landing on a narrow runway at 9700 feet elevation. This picture was taken shortly before leveling off at 15,000. Terrain kept me from turning to starboard for a while but I am now on course to Denver. The HSI slaved to the GPS is off center due to my delay in turning. These pictures wer taken in FLY 2 which doesn't reshuffle instruments but leaves a complete panel true to type that you can scroll around. You can also pan to see the lower or upper panels with NO popups.Guess you can't see cuz I am over the file size limit. Oh well my complete adventure can be seen at http://flylegacy.dyndns.org/twiki/bin/viewLook for "Colorado Adventure" in the "Sandbox" web.:-wave
