"Previous orders" does not work

Hi folks, 

in order to download the bunch of last week's updates on 737, 777, 747 I tried my www.precisionmanuals.com eCommerce account but to no avail: 

I see only my 2011 order of the 737-600/700 add-on of $24.99. 

The links $20 to $50 and $50 to $100 links don't work in order to show 737 base, 777 base, 777-300 extension, nor 747 Queen... 

Any ideas?

Submit a ticket to PMDG regarding this. They'll get you sorted out.

Are you sure you are using the correct email address? Maybe you had bought these from another email account?

thanks for the hint, but yes, the eMail address is the one I use for all my purchases.

In this case the best is to open a support ticket so the guys look at it.
