Black Lights in ORBX FTX Global Base

I have recently been having issues with ORBX Global Base. It was working perfectly until day before when I noticed there was a black texture issue surrounding the 3D lights. I have tried re-installing Global Base yet to no avail. If anyone has been experiencing the same issue or knows the solution please notify me. 

For more clarity, click here to show a screenshot of the issue (Dawn at Doha using Taxi2Gate OTHH).

Did you update your video drivers?

Thank you for the help Doug. I found out that Direct X10 was previewing in FSX Settings. Turning that off fixed the issue.

Nevertheless, thank you for replying.
