Reinstalling FS2Crew

Hey everyone,

With PMDG putting out updates almost every week that require the uninstallion/reinstallation of their 777, do we have (or is it recommended) to do the same with FS2Crew & RAAS?

As far I know the only PMDG file altered by Fs2crew is the panel.cfg, which will removed and replaced by a new one when updating the PMDG aircraft.

You may try to disable fs2crew before the update then re-enable it afterwards which will re-create the required entries in the panel.cfg.

If it doesn't work then you will have to reinstall fs2crew.

Only thing that may change is the panel.cfg file.

A new 777 install may wipe the FS2Crew entries off the panel.cfg file.

In that case, just cycle the enable/disable FS2Crew button on the Config Manager.

That will re-add the FS2crew entries to the panel.cfg.
