Uninstall Prepar3Dv4

My  Prepar3D Instl is screwed up.  I have been trying to uninstall but can't get it done.  Every time I try to reinstall after deleting it, it says it is repairing and then comes up with a failed to repair note.  How do I "totally" uninstall it?

Thanks for any thoughts as I am totally frustrated at this time.
