A huge Thank You and a few smallish remarks

First off, congrats to everyone involved in recreating this rich, immersive, and unique piece of "equipment".

During my first short flight and while glancing through the documents and descriptions I noticed a few minor things:

• Your product page/description für the FSX version mentions "the ability to save and load 3 different flight scenarios" - probably just a copy&paste thing from the product description für X-Plane?
• The occasional reference to X-Plane in the tutorials as well: At least one of the tutorials for FSX mentions at least one scenery developer who develops for X-Plane exclusively.
• The new naming convention isn't yet mentioned in the FSX documentation. After installation I could only find one DC-6 version in the aircraft selection under the publisher/PMDG tag. Later on I noticed the other version is available under the aircraft/Douglas tag.

This is just meant to be a small heads-up für minor stuff that might get corrected occasionally. A flawless configuration of the DC-6 simulation, an "uneventful" trouble-free first complete flight, an AFE that's even more comprehensive and immersive than I thought it would be, and the immersion created by the visuals/effects and the sound environment make the DC-6 very much worth while and my money well spent.

Wow! Not a single word in the documentation mentions the fact that effects of hypoxia are modeled. Have I just stumbled across an Easter egg for a change?

Oliver, thank you for the kind words. We're delighted that you're enjoying the plane.

I appreciate the information about the cut-paste errors that crept in. We'll get those corrected. And yes, the hypoxia is indeed something to be concerned about -- better read up on the pressurization system! :-)
