I'm having trouble adding my flytampa Toronto into p3dv4.  does anyone have any tips?  thanks

Have you been to the Fly Tampa website? There are specific instructions and specific files there for installations of their sceneries into V4. They all work just fine.

I fly to this airport and every time with more than one aircraft I have issues. My aircraft would go in a spin on decending into Toronto. Has anyone has this experience?

It's those massive Canadian Downdrafts!

All kidding aside, I've never had an issue w/ this product- installing it or tail spinning into it.

Thanks Mark, I will do some more flights into CYYZ and see what happens. I'm suspecting my yoke but not sure but just before starting my decent both pmdg 737 and 777 roll over and go in a spin which I can't recover from. Will do a few more flight or senarios and see what happens.
