Are you sure you're entering the correct serial number? Make sure you copy and paste the serial with no spaces before and after. Also, make sure you run the sim as admin.

FYI, full names are required on the forums.

Please download AppCrashView and it will provide you with information about the Crash.  In that info there should be a Faulty Module, that's what we need to know.

After you know what the faulty module is, you can look it up by searching the AVSIM CTD Guide. The Guide is located on the right side of every AVSIM page.

Best wishes!

this is a video of the crash, antivirus an firewall is disabled

One possibility is your system setting on Languages and Unicode. It is worth trying setting the Unicode field to English. Anyway, I hope it will be solved, or I will have the same issue, too, as I plan to re-install the same thing.

That doesn't quite say what I wanted it to say. Is there a "Faulting modules" line anywhere? It might be in Spanish I'm not sure.

Sorry when you click the error in the big list, in the bit at the bottom it should be under the general tab, not the details tab.

You should have a window like this. You want to copy the information from the box under the general tab, where mine starts with "Faulting application name: Ofm.exe"

Off topic: For anyone reading this who knows what OFM is, don't you just love Schlumberger's terribly unstable software. And people complain about P3D/FSX crashing!

The problem you are having appears to be with your PMDG license.  Please go to the PMDG Website and create a support ticket, and they will help you resolve this matter.

Best wishes.
