Half-way between Chock and EGCC. Directly under the LISTO 1S & 1Z SID where aircraft are around 2,000ft. Aircraft are a lot quieter now than 40 years ago when outdoor conversation was impossible with overhead departures.

My flight sim room looks NW and I can see inbounds to 23R around 2nm out including the monstrous A380. Despite the indifferent weather it’s not a bad place to live.

Just on the outskirts of Port Elizabeth, South Africa. Near enough to shops etc. to be convenient but far enough out to qualify as an "Agricultural holding". 20 minutes from FAPE.

As it says (left), I'm 2 nm from the threshold of EGLF rwy 06.

That's the north-east corner of Hampshire (England), around 40 nm west of central London.
