Uploading files leads to NGINX error

Every time I try to upload a repaint, I keep getting an NGINX error. I'm trying to upload it since yesterday. I've also tried it multiple times, from Microsoft EDGE, to Chrome, to Opera, Brave and my go-to browser Vivaldi. 

 

What should I do, in this case? I'll appreciate any help I can get.

UPDATE:

Finally managed to get the file uploaded!

It wasn't me! Haha! Usually, when there is a problem is because I did something wrong. Glad everything is fixed! Keep up the great work :)
